- Choose: They select the pendant that mirrors them best.
- Redeem: They apply their unique code at checkout to claim their gift.
Return policy
You may return unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If an issue occurs due to our error, we’ll take care of it, including replacement, correction, or refund, at no extra cost.

Most Elementyn pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.
