4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

• Exceptions:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings if the packaging is opened.

  • Products that are personalized or custom-made (special sizes, engravings, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange under legal regulations.
