1. Production Time

Most Elementyn pieces are made to order and thoughtfully produced with care after an order is placed. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Production time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Turkey: 3-4 business days

  • Europe: 7-8 business days

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Elementyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Elementyn is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship all orders within the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
