Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Elementyn of their decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Once the withdrawal request is submitted within this period, the item must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging

  • The withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


2. Condition of Returned Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration

  • The product is not returned in its original condition

Minor variations in tone, finish, or surface appearance are considered a natural part of handcrafted jewelry and do not qualify as defects.


3. Replacement or Correction Due to Our Error

If an issue occurs due to our error, Elementyn will take responsibility.

We will replace or correct the order at no additional cost if the customer receives:

  • An incorrect product

  • An incorrect finish

  • Missing items

  • A quality issue (e.g. broken clasp, faulty chain, or manufacturing defect)

If a replacement or correction is approved due to our error, all related shipping costs will be covered by Elementyn.


4. Reporting an Issue

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Elementyn may request the original item to be returned before proceeding.
If a return is required due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Elementyn.


5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer has exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 1, or

  • A replacement or correction is not possible and the issue is confirmed to be Elementyn’s responsibility

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Shipping Errors & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Elementyn is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs may apply.


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If an order arrives visibly damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

Elementyn will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.


8. Fair & Case-by-Case Resolution

This policy outlines our standard approach.
However, each situation may require individual assessment, and Elementyn reserves the right to offer a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
