How does the quiz shape my design?

Your answers shape different layers of the engraving. Each question influences a specific aspect of the design such as structure, movement, balance, or symbolic detail. These layers come together into a single, cohesive form, resulting in a design that reflects how you think, feel, and move through life. This process allows for personal resonance without relying on names, dates, or surface-level customization.
What is the return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by notifying us within this period. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note that minor variations in tone, finish, or surface appearance are a natural part of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us shortly after delivery so we can review the case and arrange a replacement, correction, or refund where applicable.

When will I get my order?

Each Elementyn pendant is custom-made, crafted with care and intention based on your personal selections.

For this reason, please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times are:


  • Turkey: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?

Elementyn pieces are crafted in Turkey, in collaboration with skilled artisans based in Istanbul, including workshops in and around the Grand Bazaar (Kapalıçarşı).

We work with carefully selected local ateliers and trusted partners, focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and fair production practices. Each piece is made with attention to detail and prepared specifically for its wearer.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.

We offer international shipping with tracking where available. From time to time, free shipping offers may apply and will be clearly stated on the site.

For international orders, local VAT or customs duties may apply depending on the destination country and order value.

In rare cases, we may contact you after checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
